I highly recommend Brendon and the team at DQCC. They recently replaced the left-hand front lower control arm assembly on my Subaru Outback. Afterwards, I noticed a knocking noise from the passenger-side front wheel arch.
They conducted a detailed suspension and steering inspection, including a lift inspection and load checks, and discovered that a worn lower control arm bolt was allowing movement, causing the knocking noise. They replaced the bolt, refitted the control arm assembly, rechecked the suspension, and performed multiple road tests to ensure the issue was fully resolved.
What really impressed me was that all of this [besides the initial control arm replacement] was carried out at no cost as a gesture of goodwill. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service are exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Been coming to Don's for years and Brendan has kept or even upped the quality! I have a very old and crumbly Pajero that needed sparks and a rocker cover gasket replacement and they just took on the challenge when stuff was nearly rusted to the point of being seized. Didn't make me feel any less cause it was an old vehicle but let me borrow a car in the meantime and even had the inside of the Pajero vacuumed when we came to pick it up. Quality work and very professional.
